Questions for recorded Interview:

1.       How are you today?

Boy: We are doing great, we are enjoying the buzz from our new single and cannot wait to continue hearing about what people think about it.

2.       Let’s firstly start off with the question how long have you known each other and how did you meet?

Girl: We have known each other since birth, our mums are friends and we basically grew up together as brother and sister. I feel this bond has really helped with our music as It has really allowed us to open up with each other within out music.

Boy: Yes we both started to develop a passion for music and obviously we had to pursue it together.  She’s that kind of sister that annoys you but you love them too much and cant be angry with them long. Our bond is very strong and has definitely helped us with our music.

3.       What is the meaning behind your new single midnight moon?

Boy: Ultimately we are all under the same stars, and all in a state of unknowing, but we can help each other get to where we want to be.

Girl: It’s a way for us to say that everyone should be there for each other and help each other through the hard times. We love the lyric "we're all animals out in the dark" as we feel it really emphasises this fact.

4.       Could you briefly describe the music making process?

Girl: We would usually write a song in about an hour, I would write or play some chords on the piano. We would both contribute to the melody and write lyrics together.

Boy: However with midnight moon we did not write it in its total complete form, it is a combination of a few different songs we were working on for the album, we felt it all fit together very well and we couldn’t ignore that.

5.       What would you say are the main themes or topics for most of your songs?

Boy: oooooo that’s a good question, I’d say its about life and how we all struggle sometimes but life is good and we should all appreciate this and look at more of the positives in life.

Girl: I would also want to add how our music really emphasises how blessed we should all be to be in this world even though it is rather crazy sometimes.

6.       What is the meaning of your band name white blood?

Boy: We used white blood as a metaphor for protection, in reference to our bodies' white blood cells which fight off infection. We feel it reasserts the importance of being there for someone, and being someone's positive force which we want to be for our fans.
